The M&E client has a reputation for providing high quality Plumbing & Gas installation services into the New Build Housing industry sector, focused on putting their customers at the heart of what they do since their formation in the 1970s.
They are seeking Plumbing & Gas engineering professionals who are highly motivated, enthusiastic & possess excellent professional people skills.
New Build Housing Plumber: Our clients' Plumbing & Gas Engineers are the best in the business, and successful candidates will be surrounded by a hard-working, knowledgeable & supportive plumbing team. Your main purpose will be to provide 1st & 2nd fix new build properties, including the installation of gas appliances.
Key Duties:
- Experience of installing plumbing, gas & heating systems (first and second fix) in new build homes
- Installation of gas appliances in line with Gas Safety Regulations
- Compliance with health & safety policies, risk assessments & procedures at all times
- Carry out additional duties within your skill & competence
Attributes they are looking for:
- New Build Plumbing or Domestic or Commercial: 2 years (preferred)
- ACS with CCN1, CPA1, CENWAT, CKR1, or equivalent
- Gas Safe registered
- Driving License (essential)
- City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2 in plumbing or equivalent (preferred)
- CSCS qualified (preferred)
