GBR Recruitment Ltd are working in partnership with a leading construction company based in commutable distance of Lincolnshire, North Lincolnshire & South Yorkshire, recruiting for an experienced Contracts Manager to work on varying built environment projects worth from £100K's to multiple £M's.
You will be a contracts management professional who is used to delivering build projects OTIF to a set budget and to a high level of quality finish. You will ideally have main contractor and sub-contractor contract management experience, plus you will have led various types of projects, across industrial builds, commercial builds, housing, maintenance and refurbishments.
You must be used to successfully project managing multiple projects at one time.
Duties:
- Putting together contract build programmes, procurement of subcontractor labour/services and putting together material schedules.
- Issuing of project/contracts progress reports to the wider SMT/trades.
- Working hand in hand with the wider project team including Site Managers, Quantity Surveyors, Buyers and Health & Safety Manager.
- Delivering build projects OTIF, to budget and to the quality required.
- Ensuring that all health & safety regulations are maintained at all times.
- Leading meetings with customers and internal departments.
- Management of I.S.O quality assurance procedures for contracts.
- Playing a key role in value engineering and construction methods to ensure that profit margins are achieved/exceeded on all projects.

- Have a SMSTS and CSCS card (ideally).
- A track record of successfully delivering diverse construction projects.
- A strong business relationship builder with customers and suppliers.
- Excellent communicator at all levels (including board level).
- Industrial, Commercial, Housing build experience.
