GBR Recruitment Ltd are working in partnership with a leading construction company based in commutable distance of Lincolnshire, North Lincolnshire & South Yorkshire, recruiting for an experienced Contracts Manager to work on varying built environment projects worth from £100K's to multiple £M's.
You will be a contracts management professional who is used to delivering build projects OTIF to a set budget & to a high level of quality finish. You will ideally have main contractor & sub-contractor contract management experience, plus you will have led various types of projects, across industrial builds, commercial builds, housing, maintenance & refurbishments.
You must be used to successfully project managing multiple projects at one time.
Duties:
- Putting together contract build programmes, procurement of subcontractor labour/services and putting together material schedules.
- Issuing of project/contracts progress reports to the wider SMT/trades.
- Working hand in hand with the wider project team including; Site Managers, Quantity Surveyors, Buyers and Health & Safety Manager.
- Delivering build projects OTIF, to budget & to the quality required.
- Ensuring that all health & safety regulations are maintained at all times.
- Leading meetings with customers & internal departments.
