GBR Recruitment Ltd are working in partnership with a leading construction company based in commutable distance of Lincolnshire, North Lincolnshire South Yorkshire, recruiting for an experienced Contracts Manager to work on varying built environment projects worth from £100K's to multiple £M's.
You will be a contracts management professional who is used to delivering build projects OTIF to a set budget to a high level of quality finish.
You will ideally have main contractor sub-contractor contract management experience , plus you will have led various types of projects, across industrial builds, commercial builds, housing, maintenance refurbs etc. (several types) You must be used to successfully project managing multiple projects at one time.
