GBR Recruitment Ltd are recruiting for an experienced Scaffolder to work in the North Kesteven area of Lincolnshire, putting up scaffolding on behalf of a roofing company. The client is offering a day rate on a self-employed sub-contracting basis and they are happy to look at this role being a weekday role (Monday to Friday) or purely weekends, so they can be flexible to meet the applicants' expectations too.
Duties:
- Unloading scaffolding equipment on-site
- Ensuring a stable base for scaffolding
- Erecting scaffolding poles
- Fixing scaffolding to buildings or structures
- Laying planks for workers to walk on
- Fixing guard rails and safety netting
- Dismantling scaffolding when a project is complete
- Creating different kinds of platforms, from simple scaffolding through to complex structures such as suspended scaffolding, cantilever drops and temporary roofs
