GBR Recruitment Ltd is recruiting an experienced HR Officer to support the SMT and all employees with HR processes, focusing on Employee Relations, Training and Systems.

The role is on-site at the Leicestershire depot with occasional site visits within the county to support Site Managers.

The ideal candidate will have CIPD Level 5 or be working towards it, with strong ER experience and good GDPR knowledge. Knowledge of construction or related sectors is beneficial.
