GBR Recruitment are proud to be working exclusively with an experienced family-owned Electrical contractor, based in the heart of Lincolnshire who specialise in all manner of domestic & commercial electrical works. This is a great time to be joining them as they are on a growth journey, with them winning an array of new Electrical installation projects across both domestic & commercial properties.

This modern Electrical solutions business is seeking an experienced Electrician to join their team on a permanent basis to cover Electrical works across predominantly Lincolnshire.

Your qualifications / certifications will be fully up to date including ideally an NVQ Level 3, ECS card, AM2, 2391 inspection & testing, 18th Edition & with strong experience within different property types & different types of Electrical projects.

As a time-served 18th Edition certified Electrician within this progressive business, you will be working on both 1st, 2nd fix & final fixings, completing the projects OTIF & to the high-quality standard expected by both the business & the customer, with a right first-time approach. You will be a customer focused Electrician who is high quality of workmanship focused.

This is a very small knit team of 5, so flexibility & adaptability to tasks is a must.

  • Electrician with up-to-date certifications (NVQ Level 3, ECS, AM2, 18th Edition)
  • Experience in domestic & commercial installations (happy to work in both)
  • Ability to work independently & as part of a team (lots of alone working)
  • Strong attention to detail & quality of workmanship focused (right 1st time)
  • Happy to cover Lincolnshire (15-20 miles radius of Lincoln City)
  • Own hand / power tools

Hourly basic pay rates range from £20 - £22.50 p/h NEG DOE, with overtime paid at enhanced rates of x1.5, after 40 hours, or if working unsocial hours on certain projects (rare weekends & rare nights etc 98% of time would be standard Monday to Friday days).
