GBR Recruitment are working in partnership with a leading UK Charity / NFP, exclusively recruiting for an experienced Compliance Lead to manage all things Safeguarding (Children & Adults), plus H&S processes & procedures. This is a permanent role, working 21 hours across a 5 day working week (flexibility with the working hours). As the Compliance Lead you will be responsible for managing the following daily duties & tasks: H&S – risk assessments, policies, procedures, risk register across staff, volunteers & practitioners Safeguarding – ensure robust processes, cover all safeguarding issues / risks, ensure staff are following legislation Ideally you will have experience of ISO 45001 / HSG 65 (creation, implementation & maintenance) with demonstrable experience of setting up and maintaining health & safety processes and procedures. You will have a solid understanding of current Health & Safety legislation, plus ideally you will have experience in Accident Investigation Training (not a must have), you will also have experience of developing & improving risk assessments, as well as safe operating procedures (SOPs), systems, data flows, control measures, plus reporting.
