They are seeking Plumbing & Gas engineering professionals,that are highly motivated, enthusiastic & possessing excellent professionalpeople skills.
New Build Housing Plumber:
Our clients Plumbing & Gas Engineers are the best in the business & as such successful candidates will be surrounded by a hard-working, knowledgeable &supportive plumbing team. Your main purpose of this job will be to provide 1st&2ndfix new build properties. This includes the installation of gas appliances.
Key Duties:
- Experience of installing plumbing, gas & heating systems (first and second fix) in new build homes
- Installation of gas appliances in line with Gas Safety Regulations
- Compliance with health & safety policies, risk assessments & procedures at all times
- Carry out additional duties within your skill & competence
Attributes they are looking for:
- New Build Plumbing or Domestic or Commercial: 2 years (preferred)
- ACS with CCN1, CPA1, CENWAT, CKR1, or equivalent
- Gas Safe registered
- Driving License (essential)
- City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2 in plumbing or equivalent (preferred)
- CSCS qualified (preferred)
