GBR Recruitment Ltd, are proudly working in exclusive partnership with a leading Westminster based Charity, recruiting for an experienced Office Coordinator / Senior Receptionist, to carry out Administration, Coordination, Reception & Customer Services activities. This is a fantastic Charity organisation, that carries out fantastic work in the local Westminster community, supporting those less fortunate & those in vulnerable situations. They work closely with individuals in need, offering them guidance & support services to overcome the obstacles in their way & to thrive again. Ideally you will have some Charity / NFP organisation experience & possess a real passion for giving back to others. The Office Coordinator / Senior Receptionist will oversee the Receptionist, therefore ideally you will have some supervisory / mentoring skills. Duties: * Carrying out all administration tasks * Welcoming all visitors & issuing them with site passes * Taking inbound telephone calls & directing the caller to the right department / individual they wish to speak to * Telephone message taking & accurately relaying the messages * Customer service (face to face, over the telephone & via email) * Take in, sort & distribute post to the relevant departments / person * Order stationary & consumables * Data entry * Delegating tasks for the Receptionist * Processing invoices * Update employees details on the system * Update reception forms, telephone lists, signing in & out sheet, updating the on call sheets as well as the duty manager rota & other documents Attributes: * Strong office administration / coordinator skills * Experience of working on reception * Professional telephone manner & communicator * Customer focused, with strong customer service skills * Strong data entry & typist skills * Experienced with Microsoft Office (Outlook & Explorer) * Passionate about Charity work & giving back to others * Charity / NFP sector experience would be ideal but not a must This role is working from the Westminster HQ, Monday to Friday from 08:30am to 5pm (37.5 hours paid week), within very close proximity to Victoria Station, so easy to get to. The Westminster HQ can be reached via the Circle, District, & the Jubilee line (arriving at Victoria Station). This role could suit someone working as an Office Manager, Lead Receptionist, Office Supervisor, Senior Switchboard Operator or similar. Interviews to take place immediately, apply today
