You will lead HR, ER and payroll across 500+ staff in a true 360-degree generalist role, reporting to the HR Director and guiding two HR Advisors, two HR Assistants, and a Payroll Manager.
The role is on-site at the Leicester HQ, five days a week, with a focus on employment law compliance, policy implementation, employee engagement and PD/L&D support.
