GBR Recruitment Limited is partnering with a leading East Midlands construction company to recruit an experienced HR & Payroll Manager for a true HR Generalist role on-site at the Leicester HQ.
You will lead HR/ER/Payroll across the organisation, partner with SMT, and develop policies, wellbeing and inclusion strategies for 500+ employees.
This is a 360-degree role reporting to the HR Director with two HR Advisors and two HR Assistants on the team.
