  • Leading sales strategy on your territory selling products that make a difference to patients’ lives
  • Implementing 3M product portfolio, according to the planned product mix objectives
  • Developing and managing sustainable business opportunities

  • Creating strong business relationships with key decision makers

Your Skills and Expertise:

  • Proven experience within the health care/dental/orthodontic industry
  • Knowledge in CRM system (Salesforce.com) and other sales acceleration tools
  • Challenger mindset, positive thinking, tenacious, driven and a high level of resilience
  • Analytical and data driven
  • Enthusiastic and highly motivated, team player with strong inter-personal skills
  • Post-high school degree or equivalent
  • Oral care clinical background
  • Orthodontic care/sales experience
  • Good organisation skills
  • Current, valid Driver's License

Work location: North East England & Scotland

Role Type: Remote / Field Based Role

Travel: Will include 50-60% domestic travel within the assigned Territory. Attendance at Solventum HQ (in Loughborough) may be required for training and Moments that Matter events.

Sales Territory: North East England and Scotland

Candidate Location: Candidates must live on territory within North East England (Ideally located along the A1 corridor across the wider North East and Northern England region, including County Durham, Northumberland, Tyne and Wear, North Yorkshire, Cumbria, and Teesside)

This position requires driving a company vehicle, which will require pre-employment and ongoing review of motor vehicle history for candidates who are offered and hired for this position. Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
