The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

  • As an NHS Business Partner in London and Southeast for Medical Surgical (Medsurg), you will collaborate with diverse teams to shape business strategy and build relationships within the NHS.
  • Build full market knowledge at regional level of the ICS to support Solventum Med Surg business strategy.
  • Identify, establish, and maintain professional relationships with the NHS at a regional level.
  • Represent MedSurg as a trusted Business Partner to the NHS.
  • Ensure high levels of visibility within the NHS at senior/executive stakeholder level.
  • Develop regional customer partner relationships to deliver commercial success.
  • Lead ICS commercial collaborations to maximise profitable growth and drive business success.
  • Establish a Key Opinion Leader network to shape and validate MedSurg solutions.
  • Deliver value/outcome-based strategies to senior level customer stakeholders.

Your Skills and Expertise

  • Degree level qualification preferably in a Medical, Scientific or Business discipline.
  • Advanced experience in Wound care / MedTech Market; roles could include Business Development Manager, Market Access, Commercial Lead.
  • Proven experience of interacting and influencing senior decision makers within the Health Care market, preferably at ICS level.
  • Experience/ability to manage key accounts and opportunities through professional CRM processes and applications.
  • Strong commercial skills including contract negotiations and proposal/business case submissions.
  • Comfortable working with innovative solutions; ability to analyse and interpret data and present meaningful insight.
  • Ability to forge strong internal and external relationships with multiple stakeholders.
  • Established network of NHS executives; passion to explore innovative ways to develop commercial opportunity.
  • Current, valid driver’s license (company vehicle provided if applicable).
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal).
  • Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time.

Additional qualifications

  • Advanced Sales/Marketing qualifications would be an advantage.
  • Experience delivering service improvements to enable product growth.

Location: United Kingdom. Ideal candidate location: London / Southeast England. This position may require driving a company vehicle and related checks.
