We specialise in audience measurement, consumer targeting, and in‑depth intelligence into paid, owned and earned media.
As part of our fast‑growing team, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join us for a 9‑month maternity cover across EMEA.
The role involves partnering with hiring managers to identify and attract outstanding talent, providing an exceptional candidate experience, and supporting the broader Talent Acquisition strategy.
Responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end recruitment across EMEA, from briefing through to offer and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand the ideal candidate profile and aid hiring decisions.
- Source, network, and build long‑term talent communities to find exceptional talent.
- Advise stakeholders on market trends, salary benchmarking and effective hiring strategies.
- Create an outstanding candidate experience that is memorable and positive.
- Collaborate closely with HR, People Partners and the wider Talent Acquisition team to keep recruitment moving smoothly.
- Use recruitment data and insights to improve hiring processes.
- Continuously seek smarter, simpler ways to enhance recruitment practices.
- Champion inclusive hiring and attract diverse talent across the region.
- Be a trusted recruitment partner that hiring managers genuinely enjoy working with.
Qualifications & Capabilities
- Several years of in‑house Talent Acquisition experience, managing multiple vacancies across various business functions.
- Passion for recruiting and a genuine excitement in finding great people.
- Ability to build trusted relationships quickly.
- Naturally curious and keen to understand different business areas.
- Strong influence and challenge skills, comfortable engaging stakeholders appropriately.
- Proactive, organised and capable of juggling multiple priorities.
