Overview

Exciting opportunity to join a green‑field Procurement function managing approximately $140m of global third‑party spend in a fast moving and dynamic environment. The role will manage indirect sourcing and TPRM activities across Fifty5Blue, across the spend categories of HR, Travel, Professional Services, Legal and Finance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Executive Leadership team to develop and implement global procurement strategies across the key indirect spend categories.
  • Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best quality products and services at the most competitive prices.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and reliability.
  • Deliver cost savings targets.
  • Define the risk framework for business‑critical indirect suppliers.
  • Assist with the development of the Fifty5Blue Procurement operating model encompassing people, processes and technology.

Skills and Knowledge Required

  • Minimum 10 years of procurement/category experience in a fast‑moving global environment.
  • In‑depth indirect category management experience, market trends and pricing strategies – especially AI.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing sourcing strategies to deliver improved supplier cost performance.
  • Extensive knowledge of the fundamentals of purchasing, negotiation and contracting.
  • Experience with industry standard ERP systems.
  • Experience with global purchasing organisations and global suppliers.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
  • Expert financial analysis.
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Expertise in TPRM, supplier management and relationship building.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or MCIPS qualification.
