  • Understands how to work with senior NHS, local authority and/or wider public-sector stakeholders.
  • Can combine strategic thinking with a willingness to remain close to clients, projects and their team.
  • Is collaborative, grounded and comfortable working in a close-knit environment where people support one another, whilst valuing autonomy and the opportunity to genuinely influence the growth and direction of a consultancy.
  • Brings the character to challenge constructively, take accountability and build trust, whilst contributing positively to the culture as the business grows.

We're interested in people who have built trusted relationships, understood client problems and turned those relationships into meaningful consultancy opportunities and long-term partnerships.
