We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Picker / Packer to join a busy and fast-paced warehouse operation in Wickford (SS11). This role involves working across multiple departments to ensure orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Picking and packing orders using picking lists and location codes
- Weighing, counting, labelling, and checking stock
- Packing and palletising goods ready for dispatch
- Maintaining a clean, tidy, and organised warehouse
- Identifying and reporting stock location errors
- Stripping pallets and completing general warehouse duties
- Communicating effectively with other departments
- Supporting multiple departments as required
Essential Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a warehouse environment
- Strong attention to detail and good communication skills
- Physically fit able to lift boxes up to 25kg
- Comfortable using ladders and working at height
- Basic understanding of health and safety
