The position involves:
- Liaising with customers, suppliers, and overseas agents
- Preparing NES entries – the candidate must be very experienced with these already
- AMS / ACI / ISF entries (will be taught)
- Creating bookings for customers
- Arranging collections
- Using in-house computer systems (incl. Multifreight)
- Ability to work unsupervised
- General office duties
