We’re looking for a passionate and curious Partnership Manager. This person will thrive on delivering best-in-class campaigns and building strong, lasting client relationships. In this role, you’ll work closely with our Senior Partnership Manager and Director of Marketing Commercial Strategy, and the wider team, to lead the day-to-day management and delivery of social media campaigns and partnerships.

You’ll be responsible for ensuring projects run smoothly from briefing through to execution and reporting, keeping everything on track, on time and on brief.

As the key point of contact for clients, you’ll focus on nurturing and growing existing relationships, ensuring a high standard of client service and identifying opportunities to deepen relationships and future business. This role is more focused on delivery of agreed scopes, rather than sourcing new business, however, there will also be an emphasis on building client relationships to broaden our previous, current & new partnerships.

Working with the Partnerships & Creative teams to deliver best-in-class social media campaigns and partnerships, ensuring all activity aligns with client objectives and GBM’s wider proposition.

  • Own the day-to-day management of client accounts, acting as the main point of contact and ensuring a consistently high standard of service, communication and delivery.
  • Lead projects from brief through to execution and reporting.
  • Create your own pipeline of new business, utilising your agency contacts and expertise.
  • Support with client pitches, new business wins and onboarding of new clients, as well as supporting the wider team with existing retained and project clients.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and agency partners, focusing on retention, satisfaction and the ongoing success of campaigns.
  • Support the development of campaign responses and presentations, contributing strategic and creative input while ensuring proposals are realistic, deliverable and aligned with client needs.
  • Ensure delivery of campaign is fully complete and all content is live, communicating with clients.

Currently working at an agency environment at a Manager level or experienced Junior Manager, across either new business, project management or client services.

Curated network of industry contacts, in-house and at media agencies.

Experience working with media agencies and clients direct, and navigating stakeholder relationships across planning, partnerships and performance teams.

A solid understanding of digital and social media, with hands-on experience with platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Snapchat.

You’re a trusted partner to your clients, building strong relationships and delivering campaigns that run smoothly from brief to execution. Projects are seamlessly managed, on time, high quality and the clients are happy with what we deliver! You stay proactive with your accounts, internally keeping things moving, communicate clearly and work collaboratively with the wider team.

You’ll also build out your own independent pipeline, introducing GBM to new clients and winning new work with the help of the wider team. As part of a small, growing team, you take ownership, bring ideas and play a key role in strengthening both our client work and how we operate as a business.
