What You’ll Be Doing:
- Prep& Cook: Assist with food preparation, ensuring all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and ready for cooking.
- Support the Grill: Help our grill chefs by preparing ingredients, managing orders, and ensuring a smooth flow of service.
- Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the kitchen area clean, organized, and safe by following food hygiene and safety regulations.
- Stock Management: Monitor and manage kitchen stock levels, ensuring we’re always ready for service.
- Quality Assurance: Help ensure that every dish leaving the kitchen meets our high standards for taste, presentation, and consistency.
What You Bring:
- Experience: Previous experience in a kitchen or food preparation role is a plus, but a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn are essential.
- Attention to Detail: You take pride in your work and have a keen eye for ensuring everything is done to perfection.
- Speed & Efficiency: You can work quickly and efficiently under pressure, without compromising on quality.
