What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead the Team: You’ll be the heart and soul of the restaurant, guiding your team to deliver top-notch service and making sure every customer leaves with a smile and a full stomach.
• Keep the Kitchen Cooking: Manage the day-to-day running of the restaurant, ensuring that our famous burgers are always cooked to perfection and the atmosphere is just right.
• Drive the Business: Use your creativity and flair to boost sales and keep GBK at the top of everyone’s list for a brilliant burger and a cracking good time.
• Create the GBK Vibe: Make sure our restaurant is the place to be, with a welcoming and lively atmosphere where customers can relax and enjoy themselves.
• Champion the GBK Brand: Know our menu like the back of your hand and share your enthusiasm with your team and customers—because nothing beats a perfectly cooked, gourmet burger made from the finest ingredients.

What You Bring:

• Experience: You’ve got some solid management experience under your belt, preferably in the hospitality or restaurant industry.
• Leadership Skills: You’re a natural leader, with the ability to inspire and motivate your team to deliver their best.
• People Person: You enjoy working with people, both staff and customers, and know how to create a friendly and enjoyable environment.
• Business Sense: You’re comfortable with numbers, know how to manage a budget, and can make smart decisions to keep the restaurant thriving.
• Passion for Food: You love good food and are excited to share that passion with your team and customers.
