Duties:
-
Scheduling in works for various clients, on a software system. (Training provided)

Booking in appointments with clients for work to be carried out.

Answer incoming calls and emails, liaising with customers, clients and sub-contractors dealing promptly with queries.

Collating supplier invoices and updating job specific cost control on the software system.

Passing sub-contractor invoices for payment.
-
Producing client invoices once work has been completed.

Generate emails and reports when appropriate.
The ideal candidate will have:
-
Previous experience scheduling planned and responsive works desirable.
-
Basic building knowledge (preferable but not essential)

Experience using Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word applications (a must)

An ability to communicate effectively with others

The ability to use their own initiative
-
Professionalism, confidentiality and excellent organisational skills.

A high level of accuracy in work undertaken
Immediate start available.
Package:

40 hours a week, Monday to Friday.

Salary: Β£27,500 per annum.

25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays.
