Digital Delivery Partner
The Digital Delivery Partner acts as a trusted technology advisor to one or more business units, enabling the strategic alignment of digital initiatives with business priorities. As a primary liaison between the business and Digital Delivery, the role ensures collaborative planning, successful on‑time delivery of technology‑enabled change, and continuous value realisation.
What You Will Do
Delivery Management & Change Enablement
- Collaborate with delivery managers and teams to ensure successful execution of business priorities.
- Monitor progress, risks, and dependencies across the portfolio, supporting issue resolution.
- Facilitate delivery ceremonies, retrospectives, show‑and‑tells, and stakeholder updates.
- Run cross‑functional pods aligned to business outcomes and prioritised value streams.
- Run and support agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Ensure business readiness activities such as training, communications, and change impact assessments are planned and delivered.
- Facilitate feedback loops and continuous improvement post‑implementation.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
- Build strong, trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across assigned business units.
- Act as the primary point of contact for digital initiatives, intake, and escalation.
- Facilitate regular engagement sessions to gather feedback, review roadmaps, and ensure satisfaction.
- Translate business challenges into opportunities for digital transformation and process improvement.
Planning & Coordination
- Collaborate with business leaders and product owners to co‑create digital roadmaps.
- Ensure prioritised initiatives align to business objectives, budget, and platform capabilities.
- Maintain a rolling portfolio of current, planned, and proposed workstreams for the business area.
- Support business case development and benefits tracking for strategic initiatives.
Skills we are looking for
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven experience managing digital or technology delivery projects in a complex environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and traditional project management methodologies.
- Strong experience in stakeholder engagement and business relationship management.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to shape, prioritise, and influence delivery of business‑aligned initiatives.
- Understanding of project and product delivery lifecycles, including Agile practices.
Desirable Skills
- Familiarity with business systems (Salesforce, Dynamics, Business Central, Power Platform).
- Experience delivering data, reporting, or automation initiatives.
- Project management certifications (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, AgilePM, Scrum Master).

- Digital initiatives delivered on time, with engaged stakeholders and minimal disruption.
