About the team and role
The Enablement team provides market and proposition insight to GBG’s global sales teams – enabling them to sell better and faster. Sitting between the product and sales teams, we want to turbo-boost our GTM approach by ensuring the business targets the right products at the right customers at the right time.
What you will do:
- Drive a data-driven approach to customer and product segmentation
- Collaborate closely with product teams to build winning propositions
- Collaborate closely with go-to-market teams (especially sales) to develop winning strategies for our big bets and exceed revenue targets
- Implement tools, processes and methodologies that accelerate growth
- Provide market insight to the leadership team
- Own and manage other strategic projects required by the business
Skills we're looking for:
- Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical skills, and business judgment
- Proven experience in a B2B setting in a relevant business discipline such as Strategy, Enablement or Market Development
- Experience or a strong interest in regulatory technology – with a desire to absorb and understand a large amount of industry information
- Strong people skills, with an ability to quickly establish relationships
- An ability to operate within an imperfect, ambiguous, hands-on environment
- A strong communicator that can engage audiences of all seniorities
- A confident presenter (in-person and virtually) who can create and deliver content to internal GTM teams
