About the team and role
Finance Team β Revenue and Billing
Our finance team is central to the success of the business. Our aim is to proactively drive business value through informed and insightful decision making. We work in partnership with the business and are agile and responsive to business needs whilst maintaining a transparent system of effective standards, processes and controls. To support this goal, we strive to have the best highly engaged finance professionals in our team. We\\\βre on an exciting journey, and we have the strategies in place to get us to our destination.
What you will do
- Administration of the team mailbox
- Assist with monthly tasks on our CRM system
- Issue invoices to customers
- Generate data for sales commissions
- Monitor, approve and reject COS invoices received from suppliers
- Post monthly accruals
- Provide support to other areas of the Finance Team
- Ad-hoc projects and duties as guided by the assistant management accountants and your line manager
Skills we are looking for
- AAT qualification or progress towards it is advantageous
- Previous Accounts Assistant or finance experience is essential
- Good communication skills
- Confident in using Microsoft Excel and other data manipulation tools
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central/CRM is advantageous
- Good computer literacy skills
- Excellent organisation and planning skills plus a high level of efficiency, happy to be given project work and see it through to completion with minimal of assistance
- A highly motivated individual, who brings energy and confidence, is target driven and able to work as part of a team
