Currently, our London office is recruiting for talented Junior Interior Designers. You’ll support the design process from concept through to delivery—bringing creativity, curiosity, and attention to detail to every stage. This is a great opportunity to build your technical skills, develop your design voice, and contribute to meaningful projects rooted in our Living Design philosophy.
Essential requirements for the positions include, but aren’t limited to:
- Strong design thinking and visual communication skills
- Ability to support concept development through sketches, models, and presentations
- Knowledge of technical drawings and documentation
- Familiarity with Revit (or willingness to learn)
- Experience with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Rhino, Enscape or V‑Ray
- Interest in materials, construction, and spatial design
- Good organisational skills and ability to manage time and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team‑oriented approach
- Proactive attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn and develop
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Demonstrate an ability to develop excellent design and technical skills
- Ability to undertake on‑going research of furniture systems, products, finishes and materials
- Good interpersonal skills and a good team player
- Demonstrate the ability to develop client management skills
- Good AutoCAD and Revit skills and a good working knowledge of other project software
- Excellent hand drawing skills
- Good colour sense
- A degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture
- Have the ability to communicate professionally with both staff and clients
- Possess an enthusiastic interest in design and creativity
- Be self‑motivated and committed to achieving personal and company missions and visions
