SHIFTS: Mon-Friday (45 hours per week – 19:00pm – 5:00am) required to be flexible

BASE: Colnbrook

GBA Logistics has been delivering logistics solutions since 1987 and is a leading family-owned logistics company. We provide customer-tailored services including domestic and international scheduled transport; freight management; UK & European aircraft-on-ground (AOG) dedicated transport; and inventory management.

Role Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of our AOG operations team, specifically UK Air imports/exports and cross trade movements.
• Arrange/booking transportation solutions, providing customer quotations/communications & completing shipping paperwork.
• Obtain freight rates/solutions and produce customer quotes while ensuring timely customer updates.
• Actively manage/prioritize workloads and ensure successful completion of live jobs and administrative roles.
• Ensure compliant operation of the warehouse facility, including security screening of cargo, pick-pack inventory items, and loading/unloading of vehicles.
