Location: Warrington

Full-Time: Working Nights, Monday to Friday

Salary: £46,000

Starting times available between - 6pm - 9pm

Example of shift - 6pm - 6am

Your role will involve completing nationwide deliveries in a safe, professional and compliant manner, ensuring each journey reflects our commitment to operational excellence. Key Responsibilities for HGV Class 1 Driver

  • Carry out daily vehicle checks to ensure roadworthiness and safety.
  • Ensure safe and secure loading, using proper load restraint procedures.
  • Drive safely and professionally, complying with traffic laws, working time regulations, and tachograph rules.
  • Practice fuel-efficient driving and report any vehicle defects promptly.
  • Perform regular walk-around inspections for ongoing compliance.
  • Deliver a high standard of customer service during all interactions.
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the vehicle at all times.

About You

We're looking for someone who brings:

  • A customer friendly manner and a positive can-do attitude
  • The ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
  • A solid understanding of tachograph rules and working time directive and valid CPC and digital tachograph card.
  • The right to work in the UK
  • Valid HGV/LGV licence (category C or C+E preferred) with minimum of 6 months UK Class 1 (LGV C+E) driving experience
  • No more than 6 points on your licence
