At GBA Logistics, we are expanding and looking for professional Class 1 Drivers to join our Dedicated Fleet team in Warrington. This is an exciting time to come on board as we support a strong, well‑established customer during a key growth phase. We offer a stable operation with excellent onsite facilities and long‑term opportunity.
Responsibilities
- Conduct daily vehicle checks to ensure roadworthiness.
- Ensure safe and secure loading with correct load restraint.
- Comply with traffic laws, Working Time Directive and tachograph regulations.
- Drive safely and fuel‑efficiently.
- Complete regular walk‑around inspections.
- Deliver excellent customer service at every touchpoint.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and professional presentation.
Qualifications
- Customer‑friendly manner with a positive, can‑do attitude.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong understanding of tachograph rules and Working Time Directive.
- The right to work in the UK.
- Minimum 6 months UK Class 1 (LGV C+E) driving experience.
- No DD or DR offences.
- No more than 6 points on your licence.
Shift Pattern & Compensation
- 4 on 4 off shift pattern (various start times) – designed to support work‑life balance.
- Salary: £40,500 – £42,000 + optional additional shifts.
