Warehouse Customer Service Assistant β The Silver X Group, Charity Road, Sutton-in-Ashfield | Permanent Contract
Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for customer queries relating to orders, deliveries, and returns
- Accurately process and manage customer orders using internal systems
- Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure timely and accurate dispatch
- Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate inventory and shipment records
- Liaise with couriers and transport providers, tracking deliveries and resolving issues
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints, escalating where necessary
