Location: Preston, Lancashire (hybrid working). Full-time (39 hours per week). Permanent contract. Salary: £26,500 - £29,000 per annum.
The Role
This newly created role will sit within our Group HR central service and will provide HR administration support across our business units with a focus on onboarding, employee changes, and offboarding. It will work closely with the HR leads and talent acquisition teams in each business unit to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new starters, whilst also updating changes of terms and conditions and offboarding processes to maintain accurate data within our HR system, Cezanne.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing the onboarding process for all new starters across multiple business units, working with the talent teams and hiring managers to ensure that they are integrated accurately from the Recruitment platform to the HR platform and all details are set up correctly.
- Drafting offer letters and contracts of employment for new starters and updating terms and conditions across multiple business units.
- Administration of compliance checks (including right to work checks, reference checks and DBS checks) via our online background checking system for new starters and maintaining accurate records for existing employees, conducting follow-up checks when required.
- Administration of Company benefits (i.e. Health Shield) for new starters and existing employees across multiple business units.
- Managing the offboarding process for all leavers across multiple business units, working closely with line managers to process leavers on our HR system, Cezanne and ensure that data is correctly updated for payroll.
- Maintaining our HR system, Cezanne, ensuring that employee data is accurately maintained at all times.
About You
- CIPD Level 3 qualification, or currently studying (essential)

- Previous experience of an HRIS (Cezanne is beneficial)
