Join a fast-paced, growing team where no two days are the same. We're looking for a proactive, detail-focused Warehouse Customer Service Assistant to support our warehousing and customer operations. You will be responsible for customer support, stock control, administration, and coordination between the warehouse and transport teams.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the main point of contact for customer queries relating to orders, deliveries, and returns
- Accurately process and manage customer orders using internal systems
- Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure timely and accurate dispatch
- Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate inventory and shipment records
- Liaise with couriers and transport providers, tracking deliveries and resolving issues
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints, escalating where necessary
- Experience in a warehouse, logistics, or customer service role (preferred)
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Salary of £25,****** with annual reviews to recognise your growth and contribution.
