Airside Driving & Warehouse Operative in Luton

Responsibilities

• Ensure 100% Aviation security protocols for all deliveries and collections processed through the facility.
• Load and secure items onto delivery vehicles (which could be your own).
• Screen items to either cabin baggage or known cargo status.
• Manage time and route planning and communicate to ensure workload is completed.
• Plan and dispatch loads, including through the Transport Management System and liaising with drivers requiring assistance while performing their duties.
• Work within a small team; demonstrate good teamwork ethic and ability to work on own initiative.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years driving experience (preferably airside but not essential).
• Screening experience or willingness to train in X‑ray screening.
• Full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points.
• 5‑year verifiable employment history with no gaps larger than 28 consecutive days.
• Right to work in the UK and no disqualifying convictions for working airside.
