JOB TITLE: Logistics Administrator
SHIFTS: Monday to Friday, 10:00 > 19:00 or 07:00 > 16:00 on weekly rotation
Hours: 42.5 hours/week, with a 30-minute unpaid break per day
SALARY: £28,000 p/a

With bases in 5 European countries and a growing presence in mainland Europe, we are seeking a Data Entry Administrator to play a key role in our Global Solutions team.
Our dedicated airside fleet and driving team enable us to offer a transparent, end-to-end aviation logistics service, including domestic and international scheduled transport, freight management, aircraft-on-ground (AOG) transport, and inventory management. We deliver directly into the hands of airline engineers, providing a comprehensive solution for the airline industry in Europe.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitoring shared email inboxes
- Using operations systems to raise references for invoicing
- Processing customs formalities, including export/import declarations, arranging customs clearance, and duty deferment
- General administration tasks
- Ensuring job accounting accuracy, including cost accruals and invoicing after operational completion
- Assisting colleagues with customs data entry
Candidate Requirements
- Ability to prioritize and organize workload to meet deadlines
- Excellent customer service skills
- 5 years of checkable UK employment history and right to work in the UK (no employment gaps over 28 days)
