GBA Logistics - Global Solutions
Mixed 70% driving and 30% warehouse activity role based at Heathrow Airport. Working within a small team so good teamwork ethic and ability to work on own initiative essential. Daily duties will be focused around receiving/despatching and delivering airport supplies to the airport environment.
Key Responsibilities
- To ensure you have the best possible equipment available by the completion of pre/current & post work checks via mobile app.
- Load and secure all items to delivery vehicles (which could be your own) and deliver in safe condition to all customers.
- Ensure daily 100% scan compliance is achieved, accounting for all our tasked deliveries/collections.
- Time management/route planning and communication to ensure your workload is completed.
- Security screening of airport/inflight supplies (enhanced salary upon achievement).
- Planning and despatching loads (via Transport Management System) and liaising with drivers requiring assistance whilst performing their duties.
About you
- Minimum 3 years driving experience (airside preferable but not essential).
- Full, UK Driving License with less than 6 points.
- 5 Year checkable employment history (no gaps in employment above 28 consecutive days).
- Right to work in UK & no disqualifying convictions for working airside.
