Base pay range

COMPANY: GBA Logistics – Global Solutions

JOB TITLE: Airside Driving & Warehouse Operative

SALARY: £26,208 – £28,392

BASE: Gatwick Airport

SHIFTS: 4 on 4 off 07:00 – 19:00

Mixed 70% driving and 30% warehouse activity role based at GBA Gatwick Hub.

With a base in 5 European countries and a growing presence in mainland Europe we are looking for Data Entry Administrator to play a major role in our Global Solutions team.

With our dedicated airside fleet and driving team, GBA Logistics offers a uniquely transparent onestop-shop in aviation logistics. We provide customer-tailored services including domestic and international scheduled transport; freight management; UK & European aircraft-on-ground (AOG) dedicated transport; and inventory management. By delivering the ‘last mile’ directly into the hands of the airlines’ line engineers, our team is positioned as the most viable company to offer a global endto-end solution to support the airline industry in Europe.

Key Responsibilities

• To ensure 100% Aviation security protocols for all deliveries/collections processing

through your facility.

• Load and secure items to delivery vehicles (which could be your own)
• Security Screen items to either Cabin Baggage or Known Cargo Status.
• Time management/route planning and communication to ensure your workload is

completed.

• Planning and despatching loads (including via Transport Management System and

liaising with drivers requiring assistance whist performing their duties.

What we would like from yourselves:

• Min 3 years driving experience (preferably Airside but non-essential)
• Full, UK Driving License with less than 6 points.
• 5 Year checkable employment history (no gaps in employment above 28 consecutive

days)

• Right to work in UK & no disqualifying convictions for working airside
