GBA Logistics is seeking a Customer Account Manager to lead a portfolio of Automotive customers from its Preston base. You will own operational, service and commercial performance, oversee forecasting, freight allocation and capacity planning, and drive improvements with carrier partners.
You will analyse KPIs, manage invoicing and variances, and lead customer reviews while collaborating with Supply Chain, Freight Forwarding, Finance and Sales teams.
