Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets for Sandoz‑promoted brands through an effective key account management approach.
- Develop and actively review account plans enabling optimal use of internal and external resources to drive sales uplift.
- Create a positive environment on the territory for all promoted Sandoz products.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the local health economy and deliver patients access to Sandoz brands.
- Maintain a high level of territory knowledge, proactively gaining competitor intelligence and feeding information back to the wider brand team to maximise opportunities.
- Work cross‑functionally with marketing, medical, market access and support functions.
- Stay updated on the NHS environment at both national and local levels, including funding streams.
Essential Requirements
- Degree level education in business or science.
- Excellent IT skills.
- Over 3 years’ branded (ethical) pharmaceutical sales experience selling to secondary care specialists.
- Experience with strategic NHS, including NHS England.
- Demonstrated sales success within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong networks and relationships within disease areas and ICBs preferred.
- Highly organised and efficient, with flexibility.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
