As Executive Director, Production Hub, you will shape the future of content production, adaptation, modular content operations, and production partnerships, enabling high-quality, compliant omnichannel execution across Novartis' priority International markets.

Reporting to the Head, Customer Experience & Content International, you will drive the evolution of scalable production capabilities that accelerate speed, quality, and business impact while advancing innovation through digital and Artificial Intelligence-enabled solutions.

This is also a critical leadership role, responsible for building and developing high-performing teams, fostering future talent, and serving as a strategic bridge between local markets and International marketing teams.

Job Description Key Responsibilities

  • Lead content production and adaptation strategies across International markets to drive business impact.
  • Build scalable production models that deliver high-quality, compliant omnichannel customer engagement content.
  • Shape and optimize a data-driven content supply chain through standardization, automation, and continuous improvement.
  • Drive adoption of modular content frameworks, claims libraries, and reusable content strategies.
  • Champion digital innovation and Artificial Intelligence-enabled solutions across content creation and deployment.
  • Influence senior stakeholders to align priorities and accelerate execution across global and local teams.
  • Develop high-performing teams and strengthen talent pipelines across geographies and disciplines.
  • Act as a strategic bridge between markets and International marketing teams to enable execution excellence.

Essential Requirements

  • Advanced degree in Marketing, Communications, Life Sciences, Business Administration, Digital Strategy, or a related field preferred.
  • Significant experience in Marketing Content Management within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Significant multifunctional experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or other regulated industries.
  • Significant experience across local market and above-country marketing and commercial functions.
  • Demonstrated direct leadership experience, including leading large organizations and developing high-performing teams.
  • Proven track record in strategic marketing, execution excellence, and large-scale business transformation.
  • Deep understanding of content production, content supply chains, omnichannel engagement, content adaptation, and modular content strategies.
  • Experience driving digital innovation, automation, and Artificial Intelligence-enabled capabilities within complex global matrix organizations.

Desirable Requirements

  • Large market commercial experience within a pharmaceutical multinational organization.
  • Experience developing and implementing best-in-class processes and operating models at scale.

Benefits

Expected Annual Base Salary Range for role: 107,940.00 - 200,460.00 GBP The base salary offered is determined based on gender-neutral objectives, such as relevant skills, competencies and experience in accordance with the Novartis pay setting policy and upon joining Novartis will be reviewed periodically.

In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for a performance-based bonus depending on certain performance parameters.
