Mercer is seeking a Senior Defined Contribution (DC) Pensions Consultant to join our specialist DC team in delivering DC services to a large portfolio of clients. Our team is one of the largest, fully integrated teams in the UK, serving corporate sponsors, trustee boards of trust-based schemes, and governance committees of contract-based schemes.
Responsibilities include:
- Being an expert in Defined Contribution Pensions and serving as a lead consultant on clients, delivering and promoting our services.
- Managing your own portfolio by assessing performance, trends, and business insights to ensure high-quality service.
- Holding responsibility for proactive revenue generation and expanding the range of DC services.
- Managing global DC plans, helping clients analyze and optimize their plan design features.
- Building new and developing existing business through relationship management, networking, and attending events.
- Supporting and implementing Mercerβs business and corporate strategies.
Requirements:
- Experience in a Defined Contributions consultancy role.
- Excellent governance experience.
- Proven project management skills and ability to exceed client expectations.
Preferred skills:
- Trust-based DC client consulting skills.
