Mercer Marsh Benefits ™ have a fantastic opportunity to join our team as a Workplace Health Consulting Project Coordinator. This is a hybrid working role that is flexible, with quarterly travel required to London for team meetings. The successful candidate has the option to be based out of one of the following locations: London / Glasgow / Edinburgh / Bristol / Manchester.
This is a great opportunity to play a key role in delivering complex bespoke projects for our key client accounts, focusing on workplace health. We are looking for an analytical individual with experience in corporate health-related benefits to join our dynamic team.
We Will Count On You To:
- Conduct data analysis and interpretation to review and analyse client data, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Understand UK corporate insured benefits and their structure to support Benefits Mapping projects.
- Gather accurate client information and produce clear, structured reports for data collection and reporting.
- Provide project management support by coordinating tasks, timelines, and deliverables across multiple client workstreams.
- Document current processes and identify areas for process mapping and improvement to enhance efficiency.
What You Need To Have:
- Proven experience in data analysis & project delivery/management, particularly within corporate health-related benefits (e.g. private healthcare, protection insurance etc.). Auditing experience is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis; experience with Power BI is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder coordination and preparing client-ready materials.
- Attention to detail and the ability to conduct thorough internal and external research on health-related topics.
