The MMB team provides consulting to UK corporate clients who require a consultative and holistic approach to benefits consultancy and delivery. We are seeking a Junior Employee Benefits Consultant to join our team, an excellent opportunity for individuals who have initiated their careers in the Employee Benefits sector and are now prepared to transition into a consulting role. This is a hybrid working role with a requirement to work both in the office and also be out meeting clients face-to-face. This role can be based out of London, Birmingham or Chichester.
We will count on you to:
- Support client meetings alongside aligned consultants, taking minutes and following up on action items.
- Manage a small portfolio of low complexity clients, overseeing their benefits management and renewal cycles.
- Assist in the preparation of partnership reports, presentations, and RFP proposals.
- Proactively identify growth opportunities and track contract renewals and project progress.
- Collaborate with internal teams and providers to ensure excellent service delivery and client satisfaction.
What you need to have:
- Experience working within employee benefits, ideally with 3-4 years in a related role (administration or consulting).
- Strong account management skills and experience in a sales or consulting environment.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with good presentation abilities.

- Achieved CII Certification or higher is a plus.
