We are seeking a talented Client Director to join our UK Corporate Consulting Team at Mercer Marsh Benefits (MMB). This role will be based in our London, Bristol, or Chichester office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

We will count on you to:
- The Client Director is a senior role responsible for managing and growing strategic client relationships within Mercer Marsh Benefits.
- This role acts as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service and innovative benefits solutions that align with client objectives.
- The Client Director leads cross-functional client teams to drive client satisfaction, business development, and long-term partnership success.
- Develop and maintain strong, trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
- Lead the client teams in delivery of comprehensive benefits consulting and advisory services, ensuring alignment with client goals and regulatory requirements.
- Identify opportunities for business growth and innovation within existing client accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams including consulting, advisory, operations, and technology to deliver integrated solutions.
- Oversee contract negotiations, service level agreements, and performance metrics.
- Provide strategic insights and thought leadership on market trends, regulatory changes, and emerging benefits practices.
- Manage client escalations and resolve complex issues promptly and effectively.
- Represent Mercer Marsh Benefits at industry events and client meetings to enhance brand reputation.
