We are seeking a talented Employee Benefits Advisorto manage and develop a portfolioof Group Risk and Healthcare clients. You will be focused on ensuring clients feel supported at all times, providing advice andrecommendations that meet clientrequirements. Based in either Birmingham, Bristol, Chichester or Bournemouth this is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
We will counton you to:
- Manage existing Group Risk and Healthcare client portfolio providing strategic/quality consulting advice and direction
- Identify new opportunitiesand promote thewider Mercer Marsh Benefits (MMB) proposition to maximise revenuesand achieve growth targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, colleagues and key stakeholders
- Provide accurate reports containing renewal information, market review results and recommendations
- Liaise with internal departments and insurers to ensure clients receive an excellent service throughout
- Promote and deliver high quality service and advice
What you need to have:
- Previous experience in Group Risk, Insurance or Employee Benefits environment with a desire to provide exceptional customer service
- Adept at identifying business needs and aligning products to provide strategic solutions for clients
- Self-driven and motivated with a confident and approachable style
- Positive can-do attitude, who is happy to travel and enjoys meeting new people
