We are seeking a talented Employee Benefits Advisor to manage and develop a portfolio of Group Risk and Healthcare clients. You will focus on ensuring clients feel supported at all times, providing advice and recommendations that meet client requirements. Through strong client relationships and business development, you will identify new opportunities and promote the wider Mercer Marsh Benefits (MMB) proposition to maximize opportunities and achieve growth targets.
This role offers an attractive bonus structure and the opportunity to operate within a large global organization that cares for and supports its employees and clients at a local level.
Based in Birmingham, Bristol, Chichester, or Bournemouth, this is a hybrid role requiring at least three days a week in the office.
Responsibilities:
- Manage existing Group Risk and Healthcare client portfolios, providing strategic and quality consulting advice
- Identify new opportunities and promote MMB offerings to maximize revenue and growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, colleagues, and stakeholders
- Provide accurate reports with renewal info, market review results, and recommendations
- Coordinate with internal departments and insurers to ensure excellent service
- Deliver high-quality service and advice
Requirements:
- Experience in Group Risk, Insurance, or Employee Benefits with a focus on customer service
- Ability to identify business needs and align products strategically
- Self-driven, motivated, confident, and approachable
- Willingness to travel and meet new people
Preferred:
- Proven client retention and business development skills
