Mercer Marsh Benefits (MMB) is part of the Marsh McLennan family, operating in 135 countries, providing benefits solutions tailored to local markets. We are seeking a Client Relationship Coordinator based in our Pension Retention team, responsible for managing a portfolio of clients.
You will be the main contact for Mercer services, maintaining client relationships and coordinating with internal specialists. This is a hybrid role requiring at least three days per week in the office.
Responsibilities include:
- Learning the basics of Mercer Elect products, services, and tools through training and experience.
- Managing a portfolio of Pension clients, guiding them from onboarding to ongoing support.
- Engaging proactively with clients, conducting renewal and review meetings.
- Generating leads within your client portfolio for other business areas.
- Supporting data collection and analysis for client projects.
- Following up on client information and maintaining up-to-date records.
Requirements:
- Experience in client relationship management.
