We are seeking a Pensions Implementation Consultant to join our team. Within this role you’ll use your expertise to deliver seamless client onboarding and project execution. This is a hybrid working role with a requirement to work 3 days per week in the office. This role can be based out of Bristol / Edinburgh / Birmingham / Chichester.

We will count on you to:

  • Lead and manage implementation projects and client onboarding processes with precision and professionalism.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, maintaining strong client relationships throughout project delivery.
  • Support finance teams in managing outstanding debts related to your projects.
  • Identify and refer business opportunities to specialists within Mercer and the wider Marsh group.
  • Ensure all work under your responsibility meets Mercer’s high-quality standards.

What you need to have:

  • Proven project management skills with a track record of successful delivery.
  • Experience in client interaction.
  • Experience within employee benefits / pension administration.

  • In-depth knowledge of the provider recommendation process and new pension scheme implementation.
