Job Overview: We are looking to appoint a full‑time warehouse operative to work in Finished Goods at Winford.

Responsibilities:

  • Accurate picking of raw materials for manufacture
  • Picking, loading and despatching of finished goods
  • Maintaining full and accurate stock rotation and management system
  • Ensuring a high level of stock‑keeping accuracy to achieve KPI
  • Help ensure the safe and efficient running of the warehouse
  • Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security

Qualifications:

  • Work well under pressure
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of Sage and Microsoft Office
  • Motivated with a passion for delivering great service
  • Experience in FMCG or Food industry beneficial, but not essential
  • Experience with Sage or other ERP systems useful; training will be provided
  • FLT Counterbalance/Reach current licenses desired
  • Good time‑keeping
