Role Overview: We are looking to appoint a National Account Customer Care Executive in Winsford, Cheshire. In this role, you will make outbound phone calls to chefs, creating new sales opportunities by introducing our product ranges and demonstrating how our solutions can support them in their busy kitchens. Alongside driving sales, you will build and maintain strong, long‑term customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Daily outbound sales calls to existing and prospective customers (chefs)
- Focused campaign calling
- Work closely with a Business Development Manager providing support
- General administration tasks including updating of CRM database and Microsoft Office work
Qualifications & Experience:
- Customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills with a polite and confident telephone manner
- Experience using a CRM system and Microsoft Office
- Experience in the food industry is an advantage but full training will be given; a passion for food is essential
- Maths and English GCSE grade C or above
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service and a GCSE or equivalent (required)
